**Role Description**

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Tirana for a Call Agent. The Call Agent will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer support, addressing client inquiries, and maintaining records of customer interactions. The role also includes assisting clients with connecting to potential business partners, introducing platform services, and facilitating communication between businesses.

**Qualifications**

- Strong communication skills, including active listening and effective verbal communication
- Interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with clients in a professional and courteous manner
- Organizational and record-keeping skills to maintain accurate customer interaction logs
- Proficiency in CRM platforms or call management tools
- Fluency in Albanian and English; knowledge of additional regional languages is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team and independently
- Previous experience in customer service, telecommunication, or sales is an advantage
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred
