We are looking for a motivated, proactive, and strong communicator to join our Brokerage team as a
**Carrier Sales Representative**
.
This role plays a key part in day-to-day brokerage operations: from sourcing reliable carriers and negotiating rates, to coordinating shipments from pickup to delivery and resolving operational challenges.

**Your responsibilities:**
- Sourcing and contacting new carriers (carrier sourcing)
- Registering and qualifying new carriers (documentation, insurance checks, MC/FMCSA status, etc.)
- Negotiating rates and transportation terms in line with market conditions and profitability goals
- Managing loads and entering/updating data in the TMS system
- Proactively tracking shipments and providing updates to carriers and internal teams
- Coordinating the entire transportation process (pickup → delivery)
- Resolving operational issues (delays, route changes, breakdowns, cancellations)
- Collecting and verifying transportation documents (POD, BOL, invoices)
- Collaborating with the Accounting team regarding invoice approvals and payments
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships and carrier loyalty
- Monitoring carrier performance (on-time delivery, reliability, communication) and suggesting improvements
**What we are looking for:**
- **Minimum 6-12 months**
of experience in brokerage, carrier sales, or similar roles
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
- Excellent organizational skills, accuracy, and a responsible approach
- Multitasking skills and quick decision-making ability
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with TMS systems is a plus (not a requirement)
- Advanced level of English (written and verbal)
