**CDL Driver Recruiter**

Job Description:

- Answering all inbound recruiting phone calls from drivers;
- Screening, interviewing, and pre-qualification of drivers;
- Responding to new leads and new voicemails prior to leaving work each day;
- Identifying the most effective methods for recruiting and attracting candidates;
- Researching and recommending new and innovative ways to recruit drivers;
- Preparation of recruitment materials and posting jobs to the appropriate job board;
- Manage the necessary sourcing and advertising of openings;
- Develop networks with external sources to continually improve sourcing opportunities;
- Develop and maintain relationships with drivers through a variety of sources, electronically

Requirements:

- Fluent English (both written and spoken), Spanish speaking is a plus;
- Knowledge of the transportation industry or prior experience in logistics is a plus;
- Effective Communication Skills;
- Effective Sales skills;

- Problem-Solving Capabilities;
- Strong decision-making;

- Knowledge of MS Office and computer skills;
