Client Accounting Manager (Pompay Group LLC)

Pompay Group LLC, a U.S. based firm that provides accounting services and cash cycle management to U.S. based start-ups and small businesses is seeking a highly skilled Client Accounting Manager for its Albania office.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial accounting, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. The position is responsible for delivering high-value and accounting services to clients from the Pompay Group portfolio.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Perform comprehensive accounting tasks, including end-to-end processing and financial data reconciliations.
- Oversee and manage the general accounting functions, including, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Prepare and review financial statements and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities, including reconciliations and journal entries.
- Increase efficiency and document complex accounting processes.
- Manage the relationship with the clients and their collaborators.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients’ accounting questions and needs.

**Kualifikimet**

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Preferred minimum of 2-4 years of experience in financial accounting, with a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency with Excel. Hands-on experience with an accounting platform is considered an asset.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Confident and capable to work independently to complete the assigned scope-of-work in a timely manner.
- Fluency in verbal and written English.
