**Description & Requirements**
**Who we are looking for**

- Students, in
**last year of studies**
(BSc. or MA) in the fields of Accounting, Economics, Finance, Administration and fields of study on the border of business.
- **Fully a**
**vailable**
during the lab days.
- Curiosity and desire to get the "know-how" of the business world and the skills needed.
- Full of energy, have a positive attitude and truly ready to invest in this professional experience.
- Analytical skills, openness, courage and drive to constantly learn and develop.
- Natural team players - collaborative and a hunger for connections.
- Confident and professional attitude when dealing with colleagues and peers.
- Fluent in English (at least B2) and in
**Italian**
(A2-B1).

**Your future role**
You will be participating in a full week interactive lab from
**12-20 January**
, that will be offered to a limited number of selected participants. After the Deloitte onboarding session and initial trainings, the
**Compliance Controlling Lab**
will consist of a combination of business theory and practical case studies for our business services of
**Audit Support Italian Project**
. In between, you will get to know our professionals and your peers through team-building activities, energizers, and much more! Throughout the Lab, you’ll be mentored and observed, gaining practical insights and personal feedback. This is your chance to understand Deloitte, challenge yourself, and take a step toward a future career in a global environment.
