**Role Description**

The Construction Project Manager will oversee and coordinate all aspects of construction projects, manage budgets, ensure timelines are met, and handle project-related communications. Additionally, the individual will ensure compliance with safety standards and collaborate with teams to achieve project success.

**Qualifications**

- Strong knowledge and expertise in Construction Project Management and Construction Management
- Proficiency in Project Coordination and overall Project Management
- Solid experience with Budgeting and financial management for construction projects
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills
- Ability to work on-site and effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP) or experience in the Albanian construction market is a plus
