Content Creator

McCANN Tirana is looking for a Content Creator who is creative, idea-driven, and passionate about social-first storytelling. This role focuses on concepting, producing, shooting, and editing content for social media, turning creative ideas into engaging, platform-native executions.

The ideal candidate is thought-oriented, understands content formats, and can independently bring ideas to life, from concept to final edit.

**Role Description**

The Content Creator is responsible for ideation to producing social media content across platforms. This role requires a creative thinker who follows trends, understands storytelling, and can create engaging content from idea to execution.

**Key Responsibilities**

·        Ideate creative content concepts for social media platforms

·        Develop content ideas aligned with brand strategy and campaign direction

·        Shoot social media content (photo and video) using phone or camera

·        Edit videos for social platforms (Reels, TikTok, Shorts, etc.)

·        Create platform-native content adapted to each channel

·        Participate in brainstorming and creative development sessions

·        Translate campaign ideas into social-first content executions

·        Stay on top of trends, formats, and emerging content styles

·        Work closely with the wider team to develop and execute content

·        Support content calendars with creative ideas and executions

·        Support short captions or on-screen text when needed

**What We’re Looking For**

·        Strong creative and idea-oriented mindset

·        Ability to think in content formats and storytelling

·        Experience shooting and editing social media content

·        Good understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn formats

·        Video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, or similar)

·        Eye for composition, pacing, and storytelling

·        Proactive, curious, and trend-aware

·        Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

·        Agency experience is preferred

**Nice to Have**

·        Copywriting skills

·        Motion graphics knowledge

·        Experience working with brands

·        Understanding of paid social content formats
