The Academy also offers training in conversion optimization, website and shop creation, eCommerce promotion, email marketing, and autoresponder setup. These programs are designed for individuals aiming to develop essential digital marketing skills and succeed in today’s fast-evolving digital landscape.


**Role Description**

This is a hybrid, full-time role based in Tirana, combining both in-office and remote work. The Content Manager will oversee the creation, editing, and publishing of content across various platforms to align with the organization’s goals. Daily responsibilities include devising and implementing content strategies, managing a content calendar, collaborating with creative teams, monitoring content performance metrics, and ensuring content meets brand guidelines. The role will also encompass staying updated on industry trends and incorporating innovative ideas into content strategies.


**Qualifications**


- Skills in Content Creation, Content Management, and Content Strategy
- Strong proficiency in Social Media Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Advertising
- Experience with platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and Google Ads
- Knowledge of eCommerce promotion, Website and Shop Creation, as well as Email Marketing and autoresponder setup
- Ability to analyze data, optimize strategies based on performance metrics, and implement conversion optimization techniques
- Proficiency in project management and excellent organizational skills
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and adaptability to changing demands
- Previous experience in content management or digital marketing is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
