We are seeking a skilled CRM Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, managing, analyzing, and reporting on customer data to drive informed business decisions. You will work closely with various departments to ensure that our CRM system is optimized and that data-driven insights are effectively utilized to enhance customer experience and business performance.

**What will you do?****Data Collection and Management:**

· Gather, clean, and maintain CRM data to ensure accuracy and completeness.

· Manage data imports and exports to/from the CRM system.

· Develop and maintain data management processes and protocols.

· Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations, such as GDPR.

· Develop and enforce data governance policies and procedures.

**Data Analysis:**

· Analyze customer data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.

· Utilize statistical tools and software to interpret complex data sets.

· Conduct deep-dive analyses to support specific business initiatives.

· Segment customer data for targeted marketing campaigns and personalized communication.

· Develop and maintain customer segmentation models to enhance marketing effectiveness.

· Support the development of strategies for customer retention and acquisition.

**Performance tracking and reporting:**

· Create and deliver regular reports to stakeholders.

· Develop custom reports based on specific departmental needs.

· Monitor the effectiveness of CRM initiatives and campaigns.

· Provide feedback and recommendations for optimization based on data insights.

· Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.

**CRM System Optimization:**

· Recommend and implement improvements to CRM systems and processes.

· Enhance data quality and usability through continuous monitoring and optimization.

**What will you bring to the table?**

· Degree in Business Informatics, Math or Computer Science (or equivalent)

· At least 2 years of relevant Experience, preferable in banking sector

· Very good knowledge of Power BI, Python and/or SAS. Certification would be nice-to-have.

- Strong proficiency in SQL, including writing complex queries, creating scripts, and performing data analysis.
- Experience in ensuring data quality, consistency, and integrity within databases.

· Advanced analytical and quantitative skills

· Knowledge of Predictive Analytics to build behavior and economic models to predict customer sales.

· Very good understanding of statistics and economics.
