**Job Title:**
Customer Support Representative
We are seeking a proactive Customer Support Representative to join our team in Tirana. In this role, you will be responsible for managing inbound calls, assisting customers with their inquiries, and ensuring they have a positive experience.
**Key Duties:**
- Handle incoming calls in a professional and friendly manner
- Working hours: 09:00–18:00 & 10:00–19:00
- Full-time, on-site position
**Skills & Qualifications:**
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
