is currently seeking a
**Support Coordinator**
to provide desk-based support to their partners.

Requirements

The applicant will:

- Oversee their planning of the Support Administrator function – above all being accountable, making sure that nothing is missed, everything is tracked and keep in line with the company values
- For incomplete, inaccurate, or non-compliant orders, work with the respective Salesperson and Partner to resolve outstanding issues
- Order status liaison for Partners – proactive and reactive updates
- Manage in-flight order changes

**Critical Success Factors**

- Excellent organisational and communicational skills (both written and verbal). Visual accuracy and attention to detail are essential
- Problem solving skills
- Always ensure the highest level of customer service should be applied

**Skills / Aptitude**

- Highly motivated person with a can-do attitude
- Ability to multitask
- Organized and process driven
- Capable is working under pressure especially at a month and dealing with a high volume of work
