**About the Role**
Our client is seeking a high-performing Remote Customer Support & Appointment Conversion Specialist. Your primary responsibility is to convert inbound calls and online inquiries into scheduled, qualified appointments for the sales team. This is a fast-paced, performance-driven role ideal for someone who loves customer communication, accuracy, and measurable results.
**What You’ll Do**
- Answer inbound calls immediately and handle missed calls or form submissions within minutes
- Qualify customers and schedule accurate appointments in the correct sales territory
- Achieve a 70%+ conversion rate on qualified leads
- Provide clear, professional communication and deliver an excellent customer experience
- Maintain accurate notes and activity in the CRM
- Support operations with light admin tasks, online research, and AI-assisted workflows during non-call time
**What We’re Looking For**
- 1+ years of experience in scheduling, appointment setting, or call-center customer support
- Strong phone communication and active listening skills
- High urgency, responsiveness, and ability to multitask
- Comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision
- Proficiency with CRM tools, Google Workspace, and AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT)
