- Customer Support Representative

**Job Description**

- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues via email and live chat;
- Utilizing internal tools to address and take ownership of customer concerns;
- Collaborating with other departments to escalate and resolve complex queries;
- Working closely with our diverse international team.

**Qualifications**

- Excellent English speaking and writing skills;
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a remote setting;
- A team player mindset, eager to collaborate and support colleagues;
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer service;
- A willingness to learn and grow professionally.

**Preferred Qualifications**

- Experience with Customer Service and Responsible Gaming processes and tools;
- Previous experience in the gaming industry.
