**Job Description**

We are seeking a proactive
Customer Support Specialist
to join our team in Tirana.

In this role, you will be responsible for answering incoming calls, assisting customers with their inquiries, and ensuring every client enjoys a positive experience.

**Main Responsibilities:**

- Handle incoming phone calls in a professional manner
- Work schedule: 09:00–18:00 & 10:00–19:00
- Full-time
- On-site

**Qualifications & Requirements:**

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
- Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus
