**Role Description**

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Data Analyst, based in Tirana with flexible opportunities for some remote work. The Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex datasets to provide actionable business insights. Day-to-day tasks include preparing reports, tracking trends, creating data visualizations, and collaborating with various teams to support strategic decision-making processes. Furthermore, the position involves ensuring data accuracy and developing predictive models to enhance business performance.

**Qualifications**

- Strong proficiency in data analysis, statistical tools, and software such as Excel, SQL, Python, or R
- Understanding of database management and data cleaning techniques
- Ability to interpret data, analyze results, and communicate findings effectively
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to identify trends and insights from data
- Background in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
- Previous experience in the travel or tourism industry is a plus
