Data engineer

We are looking for a 
**Data Engineer with at least 2 years of experience**
 to join our data team, with the goal of developing and maintaining 
**scalable data processing solutions on cloud platforms**
.

**Responsibilities**

- Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines using 
**Databricks**
 and 
**PySpark**
- Develop data processing solutions in 
**Python**
- Manage data ingestion, transformation, and validation processes
- Optimize the performance of 
**Spark jobs**
 and 
**ETL pipelines**
- Collaborate with 
**Data Scientists, Data Analysts, and business teams**
- Ensure 
**data quality, reliability, and governance**

**Requirements**

- **At least 2 years of experience**
 as a Data Engineer or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of 
**Python**
- Hands-on experience with 
**Databricks**
 and 
**PySpark**
- Solid understanding of 
**ETL/ELT processes**
 and 
**data modeling**
- Familiarity with 
**cloud environments**
 (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team
- **Fluent Italian**
 (spoken and written)

**Nice to have**

- Experience with 
**orchestration tools**
 (Airflow, Azure Data Factory, etc.)
- Advanced knowledge of 
**SQL**
- Experience in 
**Big Data environments**
