Database Administrator - Internship

Location: Tirana | Flexible working hours

We are seeking a Database Administrator Intern to support our Recruitment Consultants by maintaining the performance, integrity, and security of our candidate databases. We tailor the internship to your interests!

**Key tasks include**

- Plan assignments and develop candidate databases and talent pools
- Execute search strategies based on management instructions for new job orders
- Set up new search assignments within agreed timeframes
- Map and add new target candidates to talent pools and assignments
- Assist with administrative tasks to enhance candidate reach

**Requirements**

- Studying or completed a Degree in IT
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Knowledge of other languages is a plus
- IT skills and PC literacy
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
