Design and Marketing Specialist

**Tirana International Airport SHPK**
(TIA) is seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented
**Design and Marketing Specialist**
to join its team. Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, this role plays a key part in supporting the airport’s ongoing transformation by delivering cohesive and engaging visual experiences across digital, print, and physical environments.

The successful candidate will ensure consistent brand execution across all touchpoints including signage, wayfinding systems, corporate events, and environmental design ultimately enhancing passenger navigation and shaping how millions of travelers experience and interact with TIA.

**Key Responsibilities:**

**Digital & Marketing Design**

- Develop engaging visual content for social media, including graphics, animations, and campaign materials aligned with brand guidelines.
- Design website graphics and landing page visuals to improve user experience and maintain visual consistency.
- Create content for digital displays across the terminal (LED screens, totems, and information screens).
- Produce email marketing visuals, banners, and other digital communication assets.
- Design video elements such as motion graphics, titles, transitions, and overlays for promotional and corporate use.

**Print & Corporate Materials**

- Design and produce printed materials including posters, brochures, flyers, roll-ups, and event branding assets.
- Prepare visual setups for press conferences and corporate events.
- Develop branded presentations, reports, and official communication materials.
- Create advertising and promotional materials for partners, airlines, and commercial stakeholders.

**Spatial, Signage & Wayfinding Design (Core Responsibility)**

- Design and implement airport signage and wayfinding systems, including wall-mounted, suspended, and projecting signs.
- Ensure accurate consideration of dimensions, materials, typography readability, pictograms, and visibility distances.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and suppliers throughout signage production and installation processes.
- Maintain consistent brand integration across all terminal environments.
- Contribute to efficient passenger flow and a unified visual identity throughout the airport.

**Events & Campaign Support**

- Assist in planning and executing corporate events, conferences, launches, and stakeholder meetings.
- Coordinate with internal teams, agencies, and external vendors on creative and event-related requirements.
- Develop post-event materials such as visual recaps, reports, presentations, and communication assets.

**Qualifications:**

**Education**

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Architecture, Interior Architecture, Spatial Design, or a related field.

**Experience**

- Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience.

**Skills & Competencies**

- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in digital and print design, as well as spatial, signage, and wayfinding projects.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Knowledge of After Effects or motion graphics is highly desirable.
- Solid understanding of scale, proportions, and spatial visibility principles.
- Ability to produce accurate print-ready and production-ready files.
- Strong grasp of typography, pictograms, and universal signage standards.
- High attention to detail with confidence in working with technical dimensions and specifications
