**Role Description**

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Tirana for a Digital Media Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for executing and optimizing media plans across digital platforms, managing and enhancing social media presence, and creating engaging and compelling content. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with campaign objectives and oversee the performance of digital marketing initiatives to drive results.

**Responsibilities**

- Set up and manage campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, and Programmatic
- Monitor campaign performance on a daily basis and identify any issues
- Prepare periodic reports (weekly/monthly)
- Ensure campaign accuracy before and after launch (QA)
- Implement basic optimizations based on team guidance
- Ensure proper tracking setup (pixels, tags) and campaign measurement
- Monitor and manage campaign budgets
- Identify basic insights from performance, not just report data
- Coordinate with internal teams for creative materials
- Stay updated with platform changes and best practices
- Manage tasks effectively and meet deadlines

**Requirements**

- 2+years of experience in digital marketing (agency experience preferred).
- Advanced knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and Data Studio.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Strategic thinker with creativity and a results-driven mindset.
