**We are hiring a Director of Business Development (Hybrid).**
📍 Tirana / Hybrid
🕒 Full-Time Commitment (Monday–Friday, flexible hours - minimum 5 hours/day, aligned with U.S. time zones)

ArDan Solutions is an outsourcing and knowledge-processing firm delivering high-quality operational support from Albania to clients in the U.S. and Europe. We help companies scale through dedicated roles and teams across back-office operations, finance support, HR, KYC, real estate support, and operational services. We are building deliberately - with quality, trust, and long-term partnerships at the center.
**The Role**
This is not a traditional sales role and not a side engagement.
We are hiring a Director of Business Development (Foundational Hire) - someone who will help build ArDan’s revenue engine from the ground up, working directly with the founders and leadership.
This role combines outbound business development, relationship ownership, and strategic contribution. You will be involved before the sale, during closing conversations, and after onboarding to expand client accounts over time.
You will not close deals independently, and no strategic decisions are made without founder approval. You will, however, be a true peer in discussions, expected to think, propose, and execute with ownership and responsibility.
**Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Outbound Growth**
- Build outbound pipelines from scratch through cold outreach, calls, LinkedIn, and targeted research
- Identify and qualify potential clients across SMB, mid-market, and enterprise segments
- Set and participate in discovery and closing calls alongside leadership
- Maintain structured follow-up and relationship development
**Client Relationship Ownership**
- Stay involved after deals close to maintain relationships and identify expansion opportunities
- Support account growth by helping clients scale additional roles and teams
- Act as a bridge between client expectations and delivery teams
**Strategy, Process & Initiatives**
- Propose business development and go-to-market initiatives
- Support service scoping, ramp-up discussions, and onboarding coordination
- Help align sales promises with operational delivery
- Collaborate with leadership on process improvements and internal coordination
All initiatives and strategic changes require leadership approval before execution.
**Work Structure & Commitment**
- Monday–Friday commitment required
- Flexible schedule (minimum 5 hours/day), aligned with U.S. time zones
- Hybrid role with weekly in-person alignment with leadership
**Requirements (Non-Negotiable)**
- Fluent English (verbal and written)
- Strong background in outbound business development or B2B sales
- Proven experience setting appointments or contributing to closed deals
- Ability to think strategically while executing consistently
- High sense of ownership, reliability, and long-term commitment
- Familiarity with CRM and outreach tools (Notion, Apollo, Google Suite)
**Nice to Have**
- Experience in outsourcing, staffing, consulting, or service-based businesses
**Compensation (USD)**
• Negotiable salary + performance-based commission
• Two compensation structures available:
• Higher base / lower commission
• Lower base / higher commission
• Performance bonuses available and discussed during the interview process
