Dispatcher

**About the Role**

We are looking for an experienced Dispatcher – Reefer Operations to join our team in Skopje. This is a hands-on role where you will manage daily dispatch operations, support drivers, negotiate freight rates, and ensure profitable, on-time execution of temperature-controlled shipments.

You will work from our modern, well-equipped office in a friendly, motivating, and professional environment, with all tools and systems needed to perform at a high level.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Manage daily dispatch and logistics operations for reefer freight

• Plan and optimize routes and loads for efficiency and profitability

• Negotiate rates with brokers and customers while protecting margins

• Monitor reefer market conditions and adjust strategies accordingly

• Communicate closely with drivers and provide operational support

• Coordinate with customers and partners to ensure service excellence

**Qualifications**

• Proven experience in reefer dispatch and temperature-controlled freight

• Strong understanding of rate negotiations and market-based pricing

• Experience with dispatch, load planning, and TMS systems

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills

• Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment

• Solid knowledge of trucking regulations and compliance standards
