**Role Description**

Kron Construction is seeking a full-time Drejtor Finance to oversee and manage all financial activities within the organization. This on-site role is based in Tirana and involves preparing and analyzing financial statements, developing and monitoring budgets, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing financial insights to drive strategic business decisions. The Drejtor Finance will also lead accounting activities, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and communicate financial strategies to stakeholders.

**Qualifications**

- Strong knowledge of Finance and Financial Statements, including budgeting and forecasting
- Proficiency in Accounting practices and principles
- Excellent Analytical Skills for evaluating financial data and providing actionable insights
- Effective Communication skills to liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Proven experience in financial leadership roles, preferably in the construction or related industries
- Ability to work on-site and lead financial operations in an organizational setting
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; advanced certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) are a plus
- Familiarity with local financial regulations and compliance requirements in Albania is advantageous
