**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role based in Tirana for the Drejtor Finance / Chief Financial Officer (CFO) position. The CFO will lead financial strategy, oversee financial planning, and ensure compliance with reporting standards. Day-to-day tasks will include preparing and analyzing financial statements, managing budgeting processes, monitoring expenditures, and providing insightful guidance to support decision-making processes. The role requires strong leadership to manage the finance team and collaborate with department heads to drive financial performance aligned with the company’s objectives.

**Qualifications**

- Expertise in Financial Planning and Financial Reporting
- Strong skills in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements
- Comprehensive knowledge of Finance and related best practices
- Exceptional Analytical Skills and ability to make data-driven decisions
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; a Master’s degree or CPA/ACCA certification is a plus
- Proven experience in a senior financial leadership role, ideally within the construction or property development sectors
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and decision-making skills
- Proficiency with financial management software and tools
