Machine Learning Researcher

We are seeking an experienced
**Applied Machine Learning Researcher**
to design, train, and evaluate predictive machine learning models for predefined modeling tasks. This role is highly technical and research-driven, with a strong focus on building high-quality, reproducible model candidates using rigorous machine learning methodologies.

The engagement will start with a
**trial period**
, working on a
**project-based or part-time**
basis, with the possibility for longer-term collaboration based on results and fit.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Design, train, and optimize predictive machine learning models for predefined use cases
- Develop and train multiple machine learning modules (approximately 7 distinct modules) using large-scale datasets
- Apply rigorous ML research methodologies, including proper experimentation, validation, and benchmarking
- Ensure clear, well-documented, and reproducible training pipelines and results
- Work with predefined and custom ML modules, adapting architectures as required by the task
- Analyze model performance and iterate to improve accuracy, robustness, and scalability
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align modeling outcomes with project goals

**Requirements**

- **5 years of hands-on experience**
in applied machine learning or ML research
- Strong theoretical and practical knowledge of machine learning algorithms and model training
- Proven experience working with
**large datasets**
and complex training pipelines
- High level of technical proficiency in ML frameworks and tooling
- Strong understanding of model evaluation, validation techniques, and reproducibility best practices

Ability to work independently in a research-oriented, project-based environment
