Electrician

**Position Summary:**
The Electrician is responsible for the maintenance, repair, and safe operation of all electrical systems and equipment within the hotel. This role ensures that all electrical installations meet safety standards and supports the engineering team in maintaining the high operational and service standards expected in a 5-star hotel environment.


**Key Responsibilities:**

- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, equipment, and fixtures throughout the hotel.
- Conduct regular inspections of electrical systems to ensure safety and proper functionality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical faults in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities.
- Perform preventive maintenance according to the hotel’s engineering schedule.
- Ensure all work complies with local regulations and hotel safety standards.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests to minimize disruption to guests and operations.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and spare parts in proper condition.
- Support the Engineering team in maintaining high operational standards.

**Requirements**

- Technical diploma or certification in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an electrician, preferably in hotels, resorts, or large facilities.
- Knowledge of electrical systems, safety procedures, and maintenance practices.
- Ability to read technical drawings and electrical diagrams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and respond to emergency maintenance if required.
