***This is your role***

- Plan, organize, and execute internal and external company events, including internal engagement activities (office celebrations, team buildings), employer branding initiatives, university partnerships, conferences and career fairs.
- Manage the full event lifecycle: concept development, planning, vendor coordination, budgeting, on-site execution, and post-event evaluation.
- Support the development and execution of the company’s employer branding strategy across different channels and audiences.
- Coordinate participation in employer branding activities such as university events, hackathons, meetups, and industry conferences.
- Manage relationships with external partners, vendors, universities, etc.
- Create and coordinate employer branding content for social media in collaboration with other departments; ensure consistent messaging and alignment with the company’s brand and EVP across all employer branding initiatives.
- Track and report on the effectiveness of events and employer branding initiatives using relevant metrics and feedback.
