**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Facade Designer based in Albania. The Facade Designer will develop and execute detailed designs for building facades, including cladding and glazing systems. The role involves creating shop drawings, collaborating with architects and engineers to develop facade designs, and ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry standards.


**Qualifications**


- Proficiency in creating Shop Drawings and detailed technical drawings for facades
- Expertise in Facade Design, including concept development and system integration
- Knowledge of Cladding systems and materials
- Experience with Glazing and advanced facade systems
- Strong understanding of structural and engineering principles related to facades
- Proficiency in CAD software and related design tools
- Excellent problem-solving and project management skills
- Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred
- Previous experience in facade design or engineering is an advantage
