**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance Department Specialist located in Tirana. The role involves managing financial operations, analyzing financial data, preparing and reviewing financial statements, and assisting with accounting tasks. Additional responsibilities include collaborating effectively with the team and other departments, ensuring accurate record-keeping, and maintaining compliance with financial regulations and standards.

**Qualifications**

- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret financial data effectively
- Comprehensive knowledge of finance and financial statements
- Expertise in accounting principles and practices
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration and reporting
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Proficiency in financial software and tools is a plus
- Prior experience in a finance or accounting role is preferred
