**Sisal NXTGen**
is a newly launched internship program designed to empower the next generation of talent in the fields of ICT and Business. In its first edition, the program will welcome 30 motivated students who will gain hands-on experience across more than 10 departments and organizational structures. Through the guidance of dedicated mentors, participants will be supported in developing practical skills, exploring their career aspirations, and growing into the best version of themselves—while contributing to meaningful projects within the company.


Join us as a
**Finance Intern**
and take your first steps into the world of corporate accounting. This part-time internship is designed for students or recent graduates who want to build a solid foundation in accounting and administrative finance activities within a structured and supportive environment.


You will support the
**Accounting team**
with basic operational tasks, data entry, and documentation, gaining exposure to accounting processes while working with limited access to sensitive financial systems.


**What You’ll Do:**

- Support the registration and organization of invoices and accounting documents
- Assist with data entry activities related to suppliers, expenses, and payments
- Help check the accuracy and completeness of accounting documentation
- Support basic reconciliations and administrative accounting activities
- Assist the team during month-end closing activities (data preparation support)
- Archive and maintain accounting records in line with internal procedures
- Collaborate with the Accounting team on day-to-day tasks and simple projects

**What You’ll Bring:**

- Current student or recent graduate in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Basic understanding of accounting principles
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel
- Willingness to learn and follow structured processes
- Responsible and professional approach to confidential information
- Basic knowledge of English (written and spoken)
