**Position Overview**
The
**Finance Lead**
is responsible for overseeing the financial health of the organization by managing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analysis. This role ensures compliance with financial regulations, supports strategic decision-making, and provides leadership to the finance team.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Financial Statements, Balance Sheet and Financial Reporting skills
- Conduct variance analysis and recommend corrective actions.
- Oversee accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
- Ensure compliance with statutory laws, tax regulations, and internal policies.
- Manage cash flow, investments, and financial risk.
- Support strategic initiatives through financial modeling and scenario analysis.
**Qualifications and Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA preferred).
- Professional certification such as CPA, CMA, or ACCA is an advantage.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in financial management or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and reporting standards.
- Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
