We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Finance Manager who is ready to take on the challenges of a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

***As a Finance Manager, your responsibilities will include:***

- Design and execute financial strategies that empower short- and long-term company goals;
- Develop robust annual budgets and financial forecasts;
- Lead and nurture the finance team, ensuring seamless operations across accounting, billing, and financial reporting.
- Monitor expenditures to ensure alignment with company policies.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for the CEO and Board of Directors.
- Analyze financial performance and deliver data-driven insights and recommendations;
- Ensure regulatory and legal compliance in all financial activities;
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors for accurate, transparent financial records;
- Maintain strategic relationships with banks and financial institutions, securing necessary credit or funding.

***To succeed in this role, you should meet the following requirements:***

- A degree-holder in Finance, Accounting, or a related field;
- Equipped with at least 5 years of experience in a financial leadership or managerial role;
- Proficient in financial management platforms and accounting software;
- Analytical by nature — able to decode complex financial data and offer actionable insights;
- Experienced in shaping and delivering financial strategies;
- A strong communicator, with confidence engaging senior leadership and external partners;
- Fluent in both written and spoken English;
- A natural leader — ready to build, motivate, and lead a high-performing finance team.
