**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance Specialist based in Tirana. The Finance Specialist will handle daily financial tasks, including preparing and analyzing financial statements, managing accounting records, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The role involves evaluating financial data, providing recommendations to support decision-making, and collaborating with team members to ensure the financial health of the restaurant.

**Qualifications**

- Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating financial data and identifying trends
- Expertise in Finance and proficiency in creating and analyzing Financial Statements
- Knowledge of Accounting principles and practices
- Excellent Communication skills for collaborating with team members and presenting financial information clearly
- Proficiency in financial software and tools is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Previous experience in a similar financial role is preferable
