Position Overview

We are seeking a highly qualified
**Finance Specialist**
with strong financial expertise to support and manage the company’s financial operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate solid analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare, analyze, and monitor financial reports and statements
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
- Ensure accurate recording of financial transactions
- Monitor cash flow, expenses, and financial performance
- Support monthly and annual financial closing processes
- Ensure compliance with internal financial procedures and applicable regulations
- Collaborate with management to support financial decision-making
- Identify financial risks and propose improvement measures

Requirements and Qualifications

- University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Proven professional experience in a finance-related role
- Strong knowledge of financial analysis, reporting, and budgeting
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- High level of accuracy, responsibility, and confidentiality
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Good command of financial software and MS Excel
- Strong communication and organizational skills
