📢 We Are Hiring – Finance Specialist

Prestige Home is expanding and we are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Finance Specialist to join our team.

🔹 Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a finance or accounting role

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial procedures

• Experience with financial systems (e.g., Alpha, Financa 5, or similar software)

• Excellent Excel skills

• Ability to prepare monthly/weekly financial reports

• Experience in cash-flow management and account reconciliation

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

• Strong integrity, professionalism, and work ethic

• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with other departments

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare periodic financial reports

• Monitor payments, collections ect

• Verify invoices and financial documentation

• Support budgeting processes and cost analysis

• Oversee daily financial transactions and system updates
