**Finance Specialist**
to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who wants to contribute to a fast-growing company and support financial decision-making at a strategic level.
**Key Responsibilities**
· Manage day-to-day financial operations, including payroll, invoicing, and transactions
· Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports
· Perform financial analysis and support strategic decision-making
· Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
· Ensure accurate accounting, reconciliations, and balance sheet preparation
· Maintain compliance with accounting policies and financial regulations
· Act as a financial point of contact for internal departments
· Resolve financial and billing-related issues with clients and internal teams
**Qualifications & Requirements**
· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
· 3–5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial analysis
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
· Excellent communication skills and ability to work with senior stakeholders
· Advanced Excel skills; good knowledge of Word and PowerPoint
· Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
