Financial Analyst

**Finance Analyst**

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Financial Reporting & Reconciliation Analyst to join our growing finance team. This role plays a key part in preparing, maintaining, and analyzing financial reports across multiple international companies.

**Key Responsibilities:**

Prepare and maintain Profit & Loss (P&L) reports across multiple entities.

Develop and oversee audited financial statements for tax, VAT, and loans — including interest calculations.

Manage and validate partner payment reports with a focus on precision and transparency.

Produce detailed audit and reconciliation reports, including complex matching activities.

Reconcile petty cash and card transactions (Visa/Mastercard) with corresponding bank movements.

Monitor and align group balances, ensuring consistency across all business units.

Conduct comprehensive reconciliations across P&L, cash flow, and partner accounts.

Collaborate with auditors and finance teams to ensure compliance with international standards.

Contribute to process improvements and strengthen internal financial controls.

**Requirements:**

7 years of experience in financial reporting, accounting, or reconciliation.

Proven experience with international companies or clients.

Strong knowledge of P&L, VAT, tax, and cash flow management.

Excellent analytical and reconciliation skills.

Strong English communication and reporting skills.

**Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM**
