Food and Beverage Manager

**Location:**
Folie Marine Resort & Beach Club – Jalë, Himarë

**Contract:**
Seasonal (April 15 – October 1, 2026)

**Position: Food & Beverage Manager**

We are looking for an experienced leader in food & beverage operations to professionally manage the F&B department of our resort throughout the summer season.

This role requires strong management skills, attention to detail, and commitment to providing every guest with an exceptional gastronomic experience.

**Main Responsibilities:**

• Lead all F&B service operations (restaurants, bars, events).

• Ensure quality, presentation and hygiene standards are implemented across every service.

• Collaborate with the kitchen and service teams to guarantee full alignment between product and guest experience.

• Manage budgets, inventory and financial performance of the department.

• Select, train and motivate F&B staff to maintain high hospitality standards.

• Analyze guest feedback and continuously improve service processes.

• Coordinate with the Hotel Manager for events, group bookings and special requests.

**Required Qualifications:**

• Minimum 5 years of experience in F&B management within hospitality or resorts.

• Strong organizational, leadership and communication skills.

• Excellent knowledge of premium service practices and food safety standards.

• Very good command of English.

• Flexibility, active presence and ability to manage during high-volume periods.
