**Role Description**

This is a contract, remote role for a Freelance PhD Online Professor specializing in IT or Management. The professor will be responsible for teaching and mentoring students in Information Technology and/or Management, developing curriculum and course content, delivering online lectures, and evaluating student performance through assignments and assessments. Effective use of digital tools for remote education will also be a key aspect of the role.

**Qualifications**

- Subject matter expertise in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Cybersecurity
- Strong Analytical Skills for assessing, evaluating, and guiding student understanding
- Proficiency in Curriculum Development tailored for online education
- Advanced degree (PhD preferred) in IT, Management, or a closely related field
- Experience teaching or mentoring students in an online environment
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive and engaging learning environment
- Familiarity with educational technologies and digital platforms is a plus
