**Job Description**
:

We are expanding our team at Burani Interfood Bulgaria EOOD and are looking for
**FREELANCE**

Quality & Technical-Documentary Compliance Manager
who is eager to success.

**Role Objective:**

The Quality Manager will be responsible for ensuring the integrity and compliance of every commercial transaction. The primary goal is to guarantee that technical specifications and product imagery strictly correspond to contractual agreements and international food safety standards. This role serves as the final gatekeeper for maintaining and renewing company certifications.

**Key Responsibilities:**

**1. Management of Food Certifications:**

- Coordinate, implement and monitor standards for
**IFS (International Featured Standards)**
and
**BRC (British Retail Consortium)**
.
- Manage compliance for
**BIO (Organic)**
certification and the
**QS (Quality and Security)**
standard.
- Prepare for and manage both internal and external inspection audits.

**2. Documentary and Technical Quality Control:**

- **Technical Data Sheet Analysis:**
Conduct in-depth verification of all technical, nutritional and legal parameters of the products.
- **Photographic Verification:**
Ensure that product images (samples/lots) accurately represent the actual production.
- **Contractual Correspondence:**
Validate that technical sheets, photographic materials and contract terms match perfectly to prevent disputes or non-compliance.

**3. Monitoring and Reporting:**

- Provide constant and direct reporting to Management regarding anomalies or non-compliance risks.
- Interface with suppliers and external laboratories for supplementary analysis when required.

**Core Requirements:**

- **Languages:**
Native or fluent proficiency in
**Italian**
is mandatory for executive reporting. Professional fluency in
**English**
is required for international relations.
- **Experience:**
Proven background in the
**Food or FMCG**
sector and experience in managing complex quality systems.
- **Technical Skills:**
Deep knowledge of current regulations regarding labeling, food safety and supply chain certifications.
- **Soft Skills:**
Extreme precision, meticulous attention to detail and a strong capacity for critical document analysis.
