Distribution Manager

**Job Summary:**

The Coffee Distribution Manager oversees the end-to-end distribution of coffee products, ensuring efficient logistics from roasting/production to retail, wholesale, and HoReCa clients. The role focuses on maintaining product quality, optimizing delivery operations, and supporting business growth.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Manage daily distribution of coffee (beans, ground coffee, and related products)
- Coordinate deliveries to cafés, restaurants, retailers, and partners
- Oversee inventory levels, stock rotation and freshness standards
- Plan delivery routes and optimize logistics for cost and efficiency
- Work closely with sales and production/roasting teams to align supply and demand
- Maintain relationships with distributors, clients, and logistics providers
- Ensure proper handling and storage conditions to preserve coffee quality
- Monitor KPIs (delivery times, costs, stock levels) and implement improvements
- Lead and supervise warehouse and delivery staff

**Qualifications & Skills**

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in distribution (food & beverage industry is a plus)
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Knowledge of coffee products and industry trends is an advantage
