**Role Description**

This is a full-time, on-site Chief Executive Officer (CEO) role located in Tirana. The CEO will be responsible for driving the strategic direction and vision of Future Home Real Estate, leading the organization toward sustainable growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing operations, managing executive teams, developing business strategies, evaluating operational efficiency, and representing the company to stakeholders, partners, and clients. The CEO will establish long-term objectives, ensure alignment across all departments, and drive performance toward achieving the company’s goals.

- Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
