**Role Description**
This part-time on-site role based in Tirana involves assisting customers and addressing their inquiries to ensure a positive experience. The Customer Service Representative will handle customer interactions, resolve issues, gather feedback, and contribute to overall customer satisfaction. Additionally, the representative will provide support to enhance customer engagement and build long-term relationships.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges according to company procedures
- Maintain and update customer records in the system (CRM tools)
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and issue resolution
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary
- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and performance targets
- Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer experience
**Experience**
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
- Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities
