Layout Designer

We are seeking a talented Layout Designer to join our team, responsible for creating innovative and visually appealing layouts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for visually organizing text, images, and graphics into well-balanced and aesthetically appealing layouts. A thorough knowledge of print-specific design factors, file preparation, and typography is crucial. The role demands efficiency, the ability to work under very tight deadlines, and collaboration within a driven, fast-paced team environment. Proficiency in English, excellent communication, and availability are essential.

**Duties and Responsibilities**

• Arrange text, images, and graphics in a balanced, engaging, and aesthetically pleasing manner.

• Create layouts with a strong understanding of resolution, bleed settings, and color settings for accuracy.

• Pair fonts effectively, establish visual hierarchy, and ensure font readability for print materials.

• Apply color theory to designs, understanding how colors behave in print versus digital formats.

• Prepare print files with all necessary technical specifications, including bleed, trim, safe regions, and appropriate file formats (PDF).

• Select appropriate paper weights, types, textures, and finishes to enhance the final product.

• Ensure all designs align with the overall brand strategy and visual identity guidelines.

• Develop and implement typography in a clear, effective, and visually appealing hierarchical structure.

**Required Skills**

• Experience in graphic design, with a focus on layout design, following best practices.

• Previous experience with Adobe Illustrator is a must.

• Visual design skills with a keen eye for detail.

• Ability to research market trends and apply findings to develop layouts that align with brand guidelines and resonate with the target audience.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams an parallel priorities.

• Excellent English communication skills.

• A degree or an equivalent training in Graphic Design, or/and other relevant fields would be a plus.
