**Role Description**
This is a full-time remote role for a Full-Stack Marketing & Business Development Lead (Contract / Early Hire). The role involves overseeing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies, conducting market research to identify trends, designing and optimizing sales processes, and driving business development initiatives. Key responsibilities include creating and executing marketing campaigns, building and managing client relationships, and contributing to the development of long-term business strategies. The position requires innovation, collaboration, and a strong emphasis on achieving impactful outcomes for the organization.
**Qualifications**
- Strong proficiency in Communication and Customer Service to engage with clients and stakeholders effectively.
- Experience with Market Research and a deep understanding of industry trends and customer needs to inform business decisions.
- Skills in Sales and the ability to build and foster client relationships to drive revenue growth.
- Expertise in Marketing Strategy, with the ability to design and execute targeted marketing campaigns.
- Proven problem-solving and strategic-thinking abilities to contribute to complex organizational projects.
- Flexibility and self-motivation to excel in a remote work environment.
- Experience in governance, operational strategy, or enterprise architecture is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are advantageous.
