Assigned to our branch in
**Tirana**
(on site), with nearly 150 colleagues, most of which are dedicated to software development, you will be part of the
**Research and Development team, the beating heart of the Group's innovation.**

Join an agile team where you can enhance your technical skills by participating in challenging and scalable projects in the field of software development. In a fast-paced development environment focused on growth and innovation, you will be responsible for translating requirements into code to create, improve and maintain high-quality software.

In particular, you will:

- Design, build and improve scalable systems, collaborating closely with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver meaningful business impact.
- Proactively propose technical and product improvements, challenging requirements when needed and suggesting better alternatives aligned with business goals.
- Monitor production issues and contributing to root cause analysis and prevention.
- Review pulls requests with a focus on quality, scalability, and long-term maintainability.

**What skills are we looking for?**

- At least 4 years of experience in software development;
- Product-driven mindset and a high sense of ownership;
- Strong expertise in the TypeScript ecosystem, with deep knowledge of Node.js and modern backend development practices;
- Experience with front-end development in React.js;
- Experience designing and building microservices;
- Experience working with MongoDB;
- Proven experience using modern AI coding assistants effectively;
- Advanced proficiency both in Italian and English (C1 level).

**Nice to have:**

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field;
- Familiarity with NestJS and Fastify or Express;
- Familiarity with Microfrontend architectures;
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, quality and security gates;
- Familiarity with automated testing (e.g. unit, integration, and E2E tests);
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS and Azure).
