FullStack Engineer

About the Role

Valshift is supporting KALLIQ, an emerging SaaS platform transforming outbound calling for SMB sales teams, in hiring a Full-Stack Engineer to join their core engineering unit.

The platform is already operational, actively used by early customers, and entering its next phase of development and scale.

This position is ideal for an engineer with strong end-to-end development capabilities who wants to contribute to a high-growth product with real technical depth.

Responsibilities

The Full-Stack Engineer will collaborate closely with the CTO and be responsible for:

- Platform Development
- Building and delivering full features end-to-end across Node.js, MongoDB, React, and TypeScript
- Refactoring and improving the structure, clarity, and modularity of the existing codebase
- Enhancing backend performance and API efficiency
- CRM & Automation Integrations
- Developing the native HubSpot integration (OAuth, two-way sync, field mapping configuration)
- Building the Zapier integration (authentication schema, triggers, actions)
- Dialer Infrastructure Enhancements
- Contributing to the spam-protection and number-health monitoring system
- Supporting improvements to multi-line dialing and real-time communication flows
- Product Expansion
- Enhancements to the admin panel
- Development of advanced analytics and reporting capabilities
- UI/UX improvements within the existing React + TypeScript interface

Qualifications

Required Technical Expertise:

- Node.js
- React and TypeScript
- MongoDB
- Strong understanding of API development, authentication flows (OAuth), and integrations
- Ability to work with distributed systems, real-time data, and event-driven architecture
- Solid experience refactoring and improving existing codebases

Preferred

- Experience with AWS (deployment, monitoring, automation)
- Background in building SaaS platforms, CRM integrations, or telephony-related systems
