School Description:An established international school in Albania is seeking an experienced and driven Head of Department - Mathematics to lead its Maths department. Key Responsibilities:


Lead and manage the Mathematics Department in line with the IB Curriculum


Plan, deliver, and oversee high-quality Mathematics teaching and learning


Support, mentor, and line-manage Maths teaching staff


Monitor student progress and ensure effective assessment and reporting


Contribute to curriculum development, departmental planning, and whole-school initiatives


Promote a positive, inclusive, and high-performing learning environment Requirements:


Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics or a related field


Recognised teaching qualification


Minimum of two years’ teaching experience within the IB Curriculum


Previous leadership or coordination experience preferred


Strong subject knowledge and ability to lead curriculum development Salary & Benefits:
