We are looking a Warehouse Manager to work in our LCW production organization for our new company ELSIWA in Kahire location.

**With Us, You Will Be Responsible**

- Planning, organizing, supervising, and participating in daily warehouse operation and activities
- Managing warehouse inventory processes,
- Managing E-Commerce warehouse operations processes,
- Handling with assorted/unsorted product addressing, collection, and scanning management process,
- Managing with carton boxed product acceptance, addressing and collection management process,
- Ensuring efficient warehouse operations through collaboration and coordination with other departments,
- Researching, identifying, and presenting new ideas to improve warehouse operations,
- Managing product allocation,
- Overseeing the daily workflow of the warehouse; scheduling and organizing staff to ensure proper staffing of all shifts.
- Hiring and training new warehouse employees.
- Conducting performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
- Handling discipline and termination of employees as needed and in accordance with company policy.

**The Candidate We Are Looking For**

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluent in English and have competency
- Excellent supervisory and interpersonal skills.
- Thorough understanding of warehouse policies and procedures.
- Thorough understanding of applicable federal, state, local, and company safety policies
- Preferably have knowledge about Lean manufacturing process, 5S and Kaizen
- University degree is required,
- At least five years of related experience required
- Minimum 5 years supervisory experience is required
