Health Safety Environment Engineer

**Role Description**

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Health Safety Environment (HSE) Engineer, based in Shijak. The HSE Engineer will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining health, safety, and environmental programs to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies. Daily tasks include conducting risk assessments, ensuring workplace safety, monitoring environmental health standards, implementing safety engineering practices, and delivering training to employees. The role involves proactive engagement with teams to foster a culture of health and safety excellence across all operations.

**Qualifications**

- Strong expertise in Health & Safety and Environment Health and Safety (EHS) programs
- Experience in Occupational Health and Safety Engineering
- Ability to design and deliver effective safety and environmental training
- Knowledge of local regulation

and international standards (e.g., ISO 45001, ISO 14001).

- Excellent problem-solving and risk assessment skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field
- Relevant certifications, such as NEBOSH or OSHA, are highly advantageous
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in applicable languages

Valid Work Safety Responsibility Certificate.
