We are seeking a confident, elegant, and guest-focused
**Guest Experience Agent / Hostess**
to join a prestigious 5-star hotel in Dubai. This role offers an exciting opportunity to represent a world-class hospitality brand while engaging with VIPs, dignitaries, and high-profile guests in an international luxury environment.

As the first point of contact at exclusive events and official functions, you will play a key role in delivering a refined, welcoming, and memorable guest experience aligned with global protocol and luxury service standards.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Welcome and assist VIP guests with warmth, professionalism, and discretion

• Ensure smooth guest flow, seating arrangements, and event coordination

• Deliver personalized service by anticipating guest needs and preferences

• Uphold international etiquette and cultural protocol standards

• Liaise with hotel departments to ensure flawless execution of VIP events

• Manage guest lists, RSVPs, and confidential information

• Distribute event briefings and support operational communication

• Represent the hotel brand with poise, elegance, and impeccable conduct

• Advise guests on local customs and etiquette

**Candidate Profile:**

• Previous experience in hospitality, guest relations, events, or customer service preferred

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

•
**Fluent in English; Russian and/or German speakers highly preferred**

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Professional appearance with a passion for luxury service

• Comfortable in fast-paced, high-profile environments

• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

**Minimum height requirement: 165 cm**

**Salary & Benefits:**

• Basic Salary: AED 5,000 per month (approx. USD 1,530 / EUR 1,170)

• Monthly service charge plus high tips
